Surfrider NH Surfing Exercises Week 5

As #socialdistancing continues and until our state re-opens beaches we will continue to promote #stayhomeshredlater until it is time to practice #safesurfing by keeping the lineups and waves uncrowded and safe while adhering to CDC guidelines.  Hopefully we can get back in the water soon, but until then keep your muscles ready with this workout from Chris Mills for our week 5 exercise.
