Surfing Exercises Week 1

Surfing is a unique sport.  It is unlike a lot of other sports.  It requires endurance, strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, muscle memory, reaction timing, and unique sets of dynamically combined movements.  Surfing is never mastered, you seek to master it, but ultimately it will be the master and you will always be the student. 

For next few weeks we will post exercises and suggestions to keep you fit and ready for when we can all get back out and surf.  To kick things off we are sharing a list of good surf related fitness videos to check out.  Take a look and please share your thoughts with us.
